Answers to questions you might have

How do I care for my watercolour artwork?

Watercolour paintings are quite delicate. To keep yours looking vibrant for years:

  • Avoid hanging it in direct sunlight, or use a UV-protective glass. I cover all originals with UV-protective spray, but it doesn't provide a 100% protection.

  • Avoid hanging you watercolour painting in humid areas (like bathrooms).

  • Keep it away from heat sources like radiators or fireplaces.

Are your artworks originals or prints?

I offer both original watercolours and high-quality fine art prints. Originals are one-of-a-kind, while prints are made using archival inks and premium paper to closely match the original. I also have canvas prints of selected paintings available.

How does shipping work?

All pieces are securely packaged to protect against bending and moisture during transit.
Originals usually ship within 1–2 business days. Prints may take 3–5 days as some of them are made to order. Need it sooner? Contact me, and I’ll do my best to help!

Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely! Please reach out via the Contact page to start the conversation.

What size are the prints and originals?

Sizes vary, each listing includes detailed dimensions. If you're looking for something specific or oversized, feel free to ask—I may be able to help.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of art, all sales are final. That said, if your piece arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my best to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes, if you're sending a piece as a gift, I’d be happy to include a handwritten note and wrap it beautifully. Just leave a message at checkout.
